Orbital Payments Ltd, a fictional payments partner, sends tonight's payments in PROD.PARTNER.PAYFEED (read-only) with a control record in PROD.PARTNER.CONTROL. POSTPAY (LEARNER.JCL) posts the file to the ledger. A monitoring rule held POSTPAY because tonight's value is 4% above the 30-day range, and it waits for you to release it. DUPCHK (LEARNER.JCL) sorts the feed by payee, amount and date so look-alike payments sit together. Decide what happens to POSTPAY and write the handover. The payments business owner is the Payments Operations duty manager; the partner has a 24-hour service desk.
