Incident: QUOT abends AEI0 after a release

QUOT gives a loan quote at the branch counter. Its program QUOTEPGM calls the rate program RATECALC with EXEC CICS LINK. At 07:00 change CHG4466 put in release 2 of QUOTEPGM, and since then every QUOT abends. The release team decided to back it out: at 08:40 they put the old QUOTEPGM back into the region's load library (DFHRPL), and handed over to you.
