Incident: AEY9 after the Db2 maintenance
PAGE 07:15 SEV2 - BALQ abends AEY9 at every branch Db2 DBL1 maintenance CHG4460 ran 06:00-06:25, marked complete
BALQ shows a customer's balance; its program BALPGM reads Db2 subsystem DBL1 with EXEC SQL. The branch menu MENU does not use Db2. Db2 DBL1 was stopped at 06:00 for maintenance (change CHG4460) and restarted at 06:25; the change is marked complete. Since the branches opened, every BALQ abends while MENU works. Find out why and get balances showing again.
