Incident: the CICS region is slow and one task will not end

CICSLRN1 has been slow for about 15 minutes. Nothing has abended. This region's runaway task limit is ICVR=5000 (5 seconds; IBM's default is 2000 milliseconds), and RPT1 uses the region's runaway value (RUNAWAYTYPE SYSTEM), so a task that keeps control without stopping would have been ended with AICA. Find the task that is causing it, deal with it safely, and stop it from being started again until it is fixed. Use CEMT I TASK and the site's monitor (MON).
