Incident: ASRA in PINQ after the fix was deployed

PINQ shows a customer's details at the branch counter; it runs program PAYINQ. Customers opened this week have no balance yet, and the old PAYINQ did arithmetic on that blank field. Yesterday at 18:00 change CHG4417 put a fixed PAYINQ into the region's load library (DFHRPL), and the deploy job ended RC 0000. This morning PINQ still abends for the new customers. The region CICSLRN1 has been up since Monday. Find out why, and fix it without restarting the region.
