Incident: NEWCOPY refused for an urgent fix
Change CHG4431: ORDINQ fix linked into DFHRPL at 09:50, RC=0000 ORDQ still shows the old status layout to branch staff
ORDQ shows an order's status; it runs program ORDINQ. The old version reads the status from the wrong place in the record, so the status line shows the order number instead of the status. A fixed ORDINQ was linked into the region's load library (DFHRPL) at 09:50. You tried CEMT S PROG(ORDINQ) NEWCOPY and CICS refused it. Branch staff are using ORDQ all the time, and some of them have it open in a conversation. Get the fix in use without throwing users out and without restarting the region.
