Incident: unexpected RC 4 from the partner feed
Job FEEDRUN ended RC=0004 Step POST was not executed: the partner payments were not posted
A partner moved to version 2 of their payment feed yesterday. FEEDRUN checks the feed with PAYCHK (which ends RC 4 if it rejects anything) and only posts it when RC is 0. The feed itself (PROD.PARTNER.FEED) must not be edited.

- Find what was rejected and why
- Choose a safe fix
- Rerun and post the payments
