Incident: MQ reason 2085, claims are not being sent
Monitor 08:30: no messages put to CLAIMS.REQUEST since 07:05 (normally about 30 a minute) Change CHG4470 updated CLMSEND's settings at 07:00
Branches send insurance claims through application CLMSEND, which puts them on queue CLAIMS.REQUEST on queue manager MQL1; application CLMRECV takes them off. At 07:00 change CHG4470 updated CLMSEND's settings for the new claims form. Since 07:05 nothing has arrived on CLAIMS.REQUEST, and CLMSEND says it cannot send. Find out why and get claims flowing again.

- Compare the queue name the application uses with the queues that exist
- Fix the setting, restart the application and prove claims arrive
