Incident: SQLCODE -532 removing a duplicate customer
Data clean-up script failed: DSNT408I SQLCODE = -532 Highmoor branch: Gita Datasett was set up twice on Monday
On Monday the Highmoor branch set up Gita Datasett again as C00016, although she has been customer C00007 since 2023. The data team's clean-up script is:
DELETE FROM CUSTOMER WHERE CUST_ID = 'C00016'
It failed with SQLCODE -532. Find out why, and finish the clean-up so that Gita has one customer record and nothing she owns is lost.
