Incident: SQLCODE -803 in the branch migration
Branch migration script failed: DSNT408I SQLCODE = -803 The Ashford Vale branch says its three new customers 'are in'
The Ashford Vale branch is moving its customers onto the central CUSTOMER table. Their script is:
INSERT INTO CUSTOMER VALUES ('C00004', 'Dov Cylinder', 'Highmoor', 'B', '2018-11-05'), ('C00013', 'Mira Spoolwright', 'Ashford Vale', 'R', '2026-10-19'), ('C00014', 'Otto Jesson', 'Port Mallow', 'R', '2026-10-19'), ('C00015', 'Pia Catalogue', 'Kestrel Bay', 'P', '2026-10-20')
It failed with SQLCODE -803. The branch believes the three new customers were added anyway. Find out what happened and get the new customers on the table without damaging existing data.
