Incident: SQLCODE -811 in the account report

Branch report ACCTRPT failed: DSNT408I SQLCODE = -811
Product change yesterday: customers may now hold more than one account

The branch report lists every customer with their account number. Its query, written when each customer had one account, is:

SELECT C.CUST_ID, C.NAME, (SELECT A.ACCT_NO FROM ACCOUNT A WHERE A.CUST_ID = C.CUST_ID) FROM CUSTOMER C

Since yesterday's product change it fails with SQLCODE -811. Run it in the SQL tab to see the error, then write a query that lists every customer, with one row per account, and customers with no account still listed.
