Incident: the customer file reload rejects records

Every night CUSTLOAD rebuilds the customer file, a VSAM key-sequenced data set (KSDS) keyed on the 8-character customer number: it deletes and redefines the cluster, then loads it from LEARNER.CUST.EXTRACT with IDCAMS REPRO. A new extract program went live this evening. Tonight CUSTLOAD ended RC 12 and the KSDS holds only a few customers. Get all 12 customers loaded.
