Incident: file status 22 stops the customer update
PAGE 02:50 SEV3 - Job CUSTADD ended RC=0016 Branch systems re-sent yesterday's file for one branch
CUSTADD adds each day's new customers (LEARNER.CUST.NEWDAY) to the customer KSDS. Tonight it ended RC 16 after 'WRITE FAILED ... STATUS 22'. One branch re-sent a customer who was added yesterday. Find out what happened, change the program so a customer who is already on file does not stop the run, and make sure every new customer is added.
